Our Story
Prellwitz Exteriors was founded in 2021 by Eric Prellwitz with a simple mission: to provide honest, high-quality exterior work backed by integrity and hometown pride. Before starting the company, Eric spent several years working for other roofing companies, gaining hands-on experience in everything from small repairs to large-scale roof replacements. Along the way, he saw firsthand the difference that strong communication, accountability, and craftsmanship could make for homeowners—and he knew he wanted to build a company that stood for those values.
Starting out on his own was a leap of faith, but one rooted in the belief that customers deserved better. Since then, Prellwitz Exteriors has grown from a one-man operation to a trusted local name for roofing, siding, gutters, and permanent lighting solutions. Every project we take on is a reflection of the commitment we made from day one: do it right, stand by our work, and treat every home like it’s our own.

Off the job, they enjoy camping, boating, and exploring the outdoors with loved ones. Their lives are filled with laughter, friendship, and meaningful memories, and they believe in making the most of this short but beautiful time we all have on Earth.
